CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE
ORDER 24.09.2025
1. The order dated 28.08.2024 has not been complied with. More than one year has lapsed, no application for amending the writ petition has been filed. Today also, when the case was called out, nobody turned up to appear for the petitioner. Even otherwise also, the selection/appointment to the post of Reader in terms of impugned notification has already been concluded. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to amend the petition and pursue the matter further.
2. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
