Revenue Code, 2006 which is said to be pending since year 2023. 3. Considering the innocuous prayer, opposite party no.1 i.e. Tehsildar Naib, Tehsil Haidergarh, District Barabanki is directed to consider and decide Computerized Case No.T202304120500722 (Ramkali & Ors v. Prema Devi) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date report regarding service upon all the defendants is brought on record of the proceedings and in case there is no other legal impediment. 4. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings. 5. With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
