Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for removal of alleged illegal encroachment by opposite parties no. 7 to 10 over the public utility land Gata No. 72 situated in Village- Sasna, Bhilaura Basu, Pargana- Fakharpur, Tehsil Kaiserganj, District- Bahraich and for reconstruction of kharanja marg. 3. With regard to such grievance, petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate application under Section 67 of the Revenue Code, 2006, which shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned expeditiously after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 4. In view of aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
