Petitioner herein/AI filed a bail application in Crl.M.P.No.780 of 2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, for grant of bail in Crime No. 150 of 2024 of Maharanipeta Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 196, 2. 353(2), 356(2) and 111(2)(B) read with 61(2) of the BNS and Section 67 of the I.T.Act. The learned Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, while granting bail to the petitioner/AI vide order dated 23.12.2024, imposed condition that the petitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer, Maharanipeta Police Station, weekly once on Saturday till 22.04.2025 or filing of the final report, whichever is earlier. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not fulfill the conditions as imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, since several cases are pending against the petitioner in difficult for the petitioner to House Officer as directed by the learned different police Stations and it is very appear before the Station Sessions Judge. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that Court may pass appropriate orders. 6. In view of the condition imposed in the Order dated 23.12.2024 in CrI.MP No.780 of 2024 by the learned Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, directing before the Station House Officer, weekly once on Saturday till aforesaid facts and circumstances, the the petitioner to attend Maharanipeta Police Station 22.04.2025 or filing of the final report, whichever is earlier is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to appear before Police Station, once in a fortnight, till the SHO, Maharanipeta 22.04.2025 or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier.
