The petitioner has applied for certified copies of certain orders passed in consolidation operations in respect of the Gatas mentioned in the relief sought but they have not been provided the same on account of the fact that the records are seized. The petitioner is not very clear as to who has seized the records and why it has been so seized. In this view of the matter and in absence of requisite pleadings, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector, Lucknow raising his grievance, who may look into the matter as far as it may be permissible in law and do the needful unless there is any legal impediment in which case, he shall inform the petitioner about it. 3. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
