Respondents --------- CORAM: HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR --------- For the Petitioner: Mr. Rahul Dev, Advocate Mr. Priyanshu Nilesh, Advocate For the Respondents: Mr. Anil Kumar, Addl. S.G.I. Mrs. Niki Sinha, C.G.C. --------- 02/Dated: 11.07.2025 M.S. Ramachandra Rao, C.J.(Oral) 1. Heard the counsel for the petitioner. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the respondents in withdrawing by Annexure-4 dt. 07.01.2025 the tender which had been issued on 26.10.2024. The said proceeding 2025:JHHC:18753-DB indicates that there would be a retender and such a retender was issued again on 20th March 2025. 3. Admittedly, award of work as per the retender has already happened, and this writ petition has been filed one month after the retender has been issued, challenging the withdrawal of the tender dt. 26.10.2024. 4. In our opinion, the writ petition is belated and cannot be entertained at this stage. It is accordingly dismissed. (M.S. Ramachandra Rao, C.J.) (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Manoj/Pramanik/Cp.2
