Talib Khan, Advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr. Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for opposite party no.5. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite parties 2 to 4 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to authority concerned for expeditious disposal of Revision preferred by opposite parties 2 to 4. 3. It is submitted that aforesaid Revision is pending consideration since year 2022 but since the revisionist is not putting in appearance in the proceedings which are pending consideration for quite some time. 4. In view of submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner and upon perusal of the order sheet, opposite party no.1 i.e. Chairman, Board of Revenue U.P., Lucknow is directed to consider and decide Case No. REV 2862/2022 (Babu Lal and others v. Ram, Judawan and others) expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings in case there is no other legal impediment. 5. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings. 6.
