No.7688 of 2025 19.02.2025 and pay the salary to the petitioner regularly as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to pay the salary regularly to the petitioner and pass such other order.” 2. Petitioner is pursuing M.S. (orthopedics) in Maharaja’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Vizianagaram, under in-service quota from October, 2022 for the academic period of 2022-2025. Petitioner was prevented from attending to duties in view of registration of crime against him under Section 498-A and 304 IPC. Petitioner filed W.P. No.28046 of 2023 before this Court, which was disposed of by order dated 20.10.2023 directing respondents to consider the grievance of petitioner by disposing representation. In pursuance to said orders, petitioner was continued to attend to his studies. However, petitioner is not being paid salary. Therefore, petitioner has submitted representation dated 08.03.2025 to the 2nd respondent. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner. 3 CGR, J W.P. No.7688 of 2025 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents on oral instructions submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, without going into merits of the matter and expressing any opinion, this writ petition is disposed of, with the consent of both counsels, directing 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in pursuance to the representation dated 08.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
