Learned State Counsel passed on to this Court written instruction, which is taken on record. Learned State Counsel on instruction submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner No.1-Ankush Bisht on 09.04.2022 while, petitioner Nos.2 and 3-Smt. Uma Bisht @ Rukma Bisht and Virendra Singh Bisht respectively, were exonerated of the charges levelled against them. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present criminal writ petition and it has rendered infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to chargesheeted petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet before appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings, if so advised. 6. Interim order dated 23.12.2021 stands vacated. 7. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
