Devananda, learned Addl. AG assisted by Mr. Jyotsana, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied for the time being if the present writ petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to the Commissioner (Health & Family Welfare), Government of Manipur, to consider the representation dated 11-11-2024 submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and strictly in terms of the relevant law and to dispose of the same by issuing appropriate order within the stipulated period. Mr. M. Devananda, learned Addl. AG appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is confined to the consideration and disposal of the representation submitted by them, he has no objection in disposing of the present writ petition as prayed for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
