This Court while ordering notice on 20.05.2020, directed the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners’ lands. The said interim order is subsisting as on today. 3. The 4th respondent filed counter affidavit stating that, pursuant to the interim order dated 20.05.2020, the respondents have identified alternate lands for distribution of house site pattas to the eligible beneficiaries, by setting apart the subject lands. 4. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit, the present writ petition is disposed of, as no further orders are necessary in terms of interim order dated 22.04.2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
