This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- 10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to consider and grant the 3rd time bound pay scale/arrears of 3rd time bound pay scale to the petitioner as per the circular issued by the state government. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner dated 04.10.2024 ANNEXURE P/3 as early as possible. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the redressal of his grievance for the present, he may be permitted to move a representation before the respondent authority and they may be 3 directed to consider it in accordance with law and dispose it of the same within a reasonable period of time. 3. Not opposed by the learned State counsel. 4. Considering the submissions made at the bar and looking to the limited prayer made, instead of keeping the petition pending, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation with regard to the grievances raised in the writ petition to the respondent authority within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and it is expected that the respondent authority shall decide the same within a further period of 120 days from the date of receipt of such representation.
