Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for correction of entry in Khatauni pertaining to petitioner's property to the effect that the entry regarding attachment of property in pursuance of recovery be corrected. 3. Learned State Counsel on the basis of written instructions dated 17.02.2025, which are taken on record, submits that the relief so sought by petitioner has already been granted by correcting the entries made in petitioner's Khatauni. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner who perused the instructions admits the same. 5. In view thereof, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition which is consigned to record without any adverse effect upon benefits already granted to petitioner.
