Mr. Shailabh Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant-accused. 3. Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the respondent no.1. 1 2025:UHC:9280 4. Mr. Devesh Pande, learned counsel for the respondent no.2-informant/victim. 5. The applicant is present in-person. He is identified by Mr. Shailabh Pandey, Advocate. 6. The respondent no.2-informant/victim is present through video conferencing. She is identified by Mr. Devesh Pande, Advocate. 7. Both, the applicant and respondent no.2 submitted that there were private disputes between them. They have solved their disputes. Now, they are living peacefully and in harmony. They have filed a Compounding Application (IA No.1 of 2025) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. The respondent no.2 has requested to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.4884 of 2021. 8. The said request of the respondent no.2 has not been opposed by Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, Brief Holder. 9. In the facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice would be met if the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.4884 of 2021, “State vs. Vivek Singh Bisht”, pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani, District Nainital, are quashed. 2 2025:UHC:9280 10.
