Perused the record. 4. A perusal of the victim's statements recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. does not, prima facie, indicate that the applicant has been falsely implicated. At the time of the incident in the year 2015, the victim was a minor. The offence alleged is of a heinous nature. 5.
