This civil revision was disposed of vide order dated 10.07.2025 in view of the concession recorded by learned counsel for the revisionist that he will vacate the shop in question, if some reasonable time is given to him for the purpose. 3. Today, the matter is listed on Correction Application, as filed by the landlord/respondent. The prayer for correction is not opposed by the revisionist. 4. For the reasons indicated in the Application, the same is allowed. The direction contained in para 8(ii) shall stand modified and the revisionist shall be liable to pay Rs. 6941/- per month as use and occupation charges to the landlord/respondent, effective July, 2025. 5.
