The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 5.4.2022 passed by this Court in Writ - C No.8682 of 2022. It has been stated in the affidavit that contrary to the order passed by this Court, the opposite party no.2 has held elections electing a new treasurer of the Society. The act of contemnor in the present case does not substantially interfere or tends to substantially interfere with due course of justice. In view of Section 13(a) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, it is not a case for registering proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The application is dismissed.
