Both the parties agree that the petitioner shall clear the four installment due and payable by him in terms of the loan granted. 3. It is averred that respondent no.4 did not accept the money which was to be deposited by the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for respondent refutes the said allegation. 5. In view thereof, the petitioner is directed to appear before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raebareli on 01.05.2024 at 3 PM alongwith the amount in cash. The appropriate authorized person of respondent no.4 shall also appear before the CJM. 6. The amount shall be handed over by the petitioner to the authorized representative before the CJM, Raebareli. 7. On the said deposit, the tractor of the petitioner shall be released forthwith and no amount of parking charges shall be paid by the petitioner in case the amount is paid. 8. Present petition stands disposed off in above terms. 9. Let a copy of this order be sent to CJM, Raebareli for information and compliance.
