An advertisement was issued for settlement of fishery rights in respect of a pond existing on Gata no.680Ka situated at Village-Jamlamau, Tehsil-Kunda, District-Pratapgarh but the said advertisement was never acted upon as alleged by the petitioner so far as it related to the aforesaid Gata. 3. Let petitioner approach opposite party no.3 raising his grievance in the matter who may look into the grievance, get the facts verified and if he finds that there is no legal impediment in holding an auction for settling of fishery rights in respect of the aforesaid Gata then he shall do the needful as per law. However, if there is any legal impediment then he shall inform the petitioner in writing. Let this be done within a period of one month. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
