Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for expeditious disposal of recall application dated 07.01.2025 and application for condonation of delay of the same date in Case No. 2361 of 2024 under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. It has been submitted that the order dated 18.06.2024 has been passed on an ex parte basis against which the aforesaid recall application has been filed and is pending consideration in which notices were issued and objections were invited although no one has put in appearance till date. 4. In view thereof, the opposite party no.4 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil- Colonelganj, District- Gonda is directed to consider and decide the application's dated 07.01.2025 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date report regarding service upon all the opposite parties is brought on record of proceedings and in case there is no other legal impediment. 5. The aforesaid time frame shall be subject to cooperation by petitioner in early disposal of the proceedings. 6. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
