GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the high handed action of respondent No.4 in issuing enquiry notice vide Rc.No.2568/2024/D.V.C/DWAMA/ dated 04.03.2025 calling upon the petitioner to attend hearing on 11.03.2025, as arbitrary and illegal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the said enquiry notice, petitioner attended hearing on 11.03.2025 and submitted explanation besides asking of certain material documents and the enquiry is going on. 3. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Sri G.Srinivasula Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5 on instructions submits that the enquiry against the petitioner is being conducted strictly in accordance with law and as petitioner has already submitted objections, the same shall be considered before passing any final orders. 4. In view of the same, since the petitioner has already attended to hearing and submitted explanation, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed.
