Considering the innocuous prayer being made, the opposite party i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Hasanganj, District Unnao directed to consider and decide Computerized Case No.T201810690405433 (Smt. Kamla Devi v. Ramautar) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date report regarding service upon all the defendants is brought on record of the proceedings and in case there is no other legal impediment. 4. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings. 5.
