Jugwanta @ Juguwanta instituted under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Considering innocuous prayer, opposite party No.2 i.e. Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya is directed to decide Case No.1040 of 2024, Computerized Case No.C202404000001040; Harikesh Kumar versus Smt. Jugwanta @ Juguwanta instituted under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months from the date report regarding service upon all the opposite parties in the revision is brought on record of the proceedings and in case there is no other legal impediment. 4. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings. 5. With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
