Act, Lucknow has sent a report that the present incumbent has joined on 21.01.2025, thereafter, the case was fixed on 16.02.2025 and 18.03.2025, on which date the complainant himself has not argued. On 11.04.2025, during course of arguments, the complainant requested for adjournment for moving an application for amendment on the ground that the respondent no. 12-Principal Secretary, Home, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow has wrongly been impleaded in this case and on his oral request, the case has been listed on 19.05.2025. It has also been intimated that 6500 cases are pending in the court concerned and as per action plan, the priority is given to the cases, which has been instituted prior to 2010 and there is no unwarranted delay by the court and the court is hearing the application expeditiously. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ignorant about the subsequent order passed by the court. In view of above, this petition is disposed of in terms of the report of the court concerned.
