Considering innocuous prayer, the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Kunda, District- Pratapgarh is directed to decide Case no. 2873 of 2018, Computerized Case No. T201802570107873 (Jay Prakash @ Jay Prakash Mishra Adoption versus Gaon Sabha and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings in case there is no other legal impediment. 4. The aforesaid time frame shall be subject to cooperation by petitioner in early disposal of the proceedings. 5. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
