The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties to remove/demolish the encroachment and illegal construction over Gata Nos. 239, 243, 944 which is mentioned as Chak Marg, Banjar and Naveen Parti in the revenue records situated at Village Sahadatpur, Pargana Baraunsa, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has the efficacious remedy under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 who shall take appropriate action under section 67 and the revenue code and shall conclude the same in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days. 4.
