Heard Sri Surya Mani Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Standing counsel and Sri Puneet Chandra for the respondents. 2. It has been submitted that the petitioners have superannuated from the post of Assistant Director (Ganna Kisan Sansthan) on 31.8.2023 pursuant to which despite repeated representations the respondents have not paid the amount of gratuity payable to the petitioners along with interest. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievances of the petitioners shall stand substantially redressed in case representation of the petitioners for grant of amount of gratuity along with interest is considered and decided by the respondents. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object to the prayer made by the petitioners. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh representation to opposite party No.3 i.e. Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri Ganna Kisan Sansthan, Lucknow within two weeks from today. In case, such a representation is made, respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same, expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date the representation along with a certified copy of this order is placed before him in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioners.
