Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to decide the case no. 7588 of 2024 under section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 read with section 229B and 122B 4F of U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act within specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent authority to not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner in Khata No. 000779 Gata No. 28 area 0.450 hectare situated in village Budhwa Pargana Koda, Teshil Bindaki, District Fatehpur, as well direct." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that case of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent no.3. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the aforesaid case would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the case no. 7588 of 2024 under section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 read with section 229B and 122B 4F of U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act, pending before respondent No.3- Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial) Bindaki, District Fatehpur, be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
