By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the summoning order dated 05.07.2024 and entire proceeding in case no. 871/2016, U/s 419,420,468,471,504,506 I.P.C. Police Station Mankapur District- Gonda, passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate court no.1 Gonda contained in Annexure no. 1 and 2 to this petition. Perused the record. A perusal of the record, so also the statements recorded under Section 200 and 202 Cr.P.C., prima facie show complicity of the petitioner in commission of cognizable offence.
