Page No.# 3/3 Accountant General, Assam. This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking impleadment of Subala Rabha, wife of late Suren Rabha as respondent no. 9 in WP(C) No.1789 of 2021. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner that Subala Rabha is the first wife of late Suren Rabha and since the petitioner is claiming pensionary benefits of late Suren Rabha, the first wife is a necessary party. She therefore submits that Subala Rabha being the first wife of late Suren Rabha, she be impleaded as party respondent no.9. Mr. R. Dhar, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam, for the PWD and Mr. D. Das, leaned counsel or the respondent no.8 do not object to the prayer made. Considering the claims made in the accompanying writ petition, this Court considers it necessary to array Subala Rabha, the first wife of late Suren Rabha, as a necessary party and accordingly, she be arrayed as party respondent no.9 in the accompanying writ petition. Accordingly, Interlocutory Application stands allowed and disposed of. Copy of this order be retrained in WP(C) No.1789/2021. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
