This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report No.228 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 323, 354(Ka), 354(Kha), 504, 506 and 509 IPC, Section 9/10 POCSO Act and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act at Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4.
