In view of order being passed notices to opposite parties 2 to 4 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to decide Application being Case No.01150 of 2020 (Computerized No.T202008300601150) preferred by petitioner under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. From a perusal of certified copy of order sheet, however it is not discernible as to whether all the opposite parties to aforesaid proceedings have put in appearance before the authority or not. 4. Learned State counsel however, submits that in aforesaid proceedings, a recall application has been preferred by opposite party, which is still pending consideration. 5. In view thereof, opposite party no.1 i.e. Tehsildar Nyayik, Tehsil Tarabganj, District Gonda is directed to consider and decide Recall Application filed in Case No.01150 of 2020 (Computerized No.T202008300601150) (Smt. Parvati v. Tilakram and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of the proceedings in case there is no other legal impediment. In case recall application is allowed, the mutation Application itself may be decided expeditiously. 6. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioner only in case he cooperates in early disposal of the proceedings.. 7. With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
