The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "to direct the Additional Principal Judge, Court No.3, Family Court Lucknow to waive off the cooling period of six months provided under Section 13(B) (2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in Regular Suit No.3974 of 2024 (Diwaker Yadav vs. Smt. Sameeksha Yadav)." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move appropriate application for waiving the cooling of period in view of the law as explained in the Case of Amardeep Singh vs. Harveen Kaur; 2017 (8) SCC 746, which shall be decided by the Family Court in accordance with law within a period of two weeks of the same being filed.
