In view of above, appearances of Advocate Mr. Mirajgaonkar Ajinkya and Advocate Ms. Pooja Mundhe is hereby discharged. 3. In pursuance of order dated 27.01.2025, the Applicant/Husband and the Non-Applicant No.2/Wife are personally present before this Court. On enquiry, the Applicant No.1-Arun Laxman Waghule stated that he is ready and 2025:BHC-AUG:3668 ( 2 ) 8 cri apln 1131.24 willing to co-habit with the Non-Applicant No.2/Wife, however, the Non- Applicant No.2/Wife stated that she does not wish to co-habit with the Applicant No.1. Therefore, there is no possibility of settlement of dispute. Both the parties are directed to argue the matter on merits. 4. After hearing both the sides, when this Court expressed its inclination to dismiss the application, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.
