The present contempt application has been preferred for alleged non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 23.01.2025 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 516 of 2025, which was served on 29.01.2025 in the office of respondent no. 3 and within 20 days of service of the judgment and order, the present contempt application has been preferred and there is no specific period provided in the order dated 23.01.2025, passed by the writ court. 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant has submitted that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present contempt application as dismissed as not pressed but liberty may be given to the applicant to approach this court at the appropriate stage. 3. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. 4. Office is directed to return the original postal receipts after retaining the photocopy of the same.
