This Court, vide order dated 16.08.2024, passed in MCRC No. 3402 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Resham Lal Kaiwart had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (Chhattisgarh Depositors Interest Protection Act, 2005), Raigarh District- Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 letter dated 28.02.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that since the charge-sheet in the case has been presented before the competent Court in February, 2025 in which the number of witnesses is said to be around 97, hence sufÏcient time is required for concluding the trial, therefore, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of five months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
