Court No.24 Sultanpur to take necessary steps to compel the opposite party to file his written statement in the original Suit No.456/2023 titled as Gherau & another Versus Abbas Ahmad pending before learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) Court No.24 Sultanpur, so that effective proceeding may be done." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has adequate efficacious remedy under Order VIII, Rule 10 of the CPC, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application, if so advised, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
