In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the District Magistrate, Ghazipur and the Additional District Magistrate, Ghazipur have filed their affidavits and are personally present in the Court today. The affidavits disclose that the amount referred in the previous order passed by this court has been paid through cheque to the applicants. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. In case, the amount shown in the cheque is not encashed for any reason, the applicants shall be at liberty to file a recall application for recall of the present order.
