Order No. 02/Dated: 12th June, 2025
1. Heard Ms. Tanu Kumari, learned counsel for the appellant and Mrs. Kumari Rashmi, learned A.P.P. on behalf of the State.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Chatra in B.P. No. 99 of 2025, arising out of Pratappur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that the appellant and two other accused were apprehended by the police and from the possession of the appellant one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. Although it is stated by learned counsel for the appellant the appellant is in custody since 30.01.2025, but regard being had to the fact that there are six criminal antecedents against the appellant of similar nature, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 25.03.2025 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Chatra in B.P.
