Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondent Nos.1 to 7.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 2 to 6 are not considering the representation of the petitioner and that the unofficial respondents are trying to trespass in the petitioner’s land.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 6th respondent has passed an enquiry and also visited the disputed land on 21.03.2025 and that he also secured the presence of the respondent Nos.8 to 10, 12 and 13 and recorded their statements. It is also stated in the written instructions that the 8th respondent has purchased Ac.0.31 cents of land in Survey No.315/15 from the father of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the total extent of land in Survey No.315/15 is Ac.0.84 cents and that the respondent No.8 has right over to Ac.0.31 cents of land, and the same cannot be extended to the other land, which is owned by the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader that the matter is civil in nature, the petitioner shall take recourse before the appropriate Court for the protection of the land, which is in their possession and enjoyment in Survey No.315/15 to an extent of Ac.0.53 cents.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
7. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
