This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report No.35 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 125, 351(2) and 309(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Gudumba, District Lucknow and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4.
