It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner that the petitioner was granted adverse entry in March, 2023 against which he has made a representation to respondent No. 3 and accordingly a prayer has been made in the present case for a direction to respondent No. 3 to decide he representation dated 11.11.2024 in a time bound manner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions has submitted that representation of the petitioner has already been decided by means of order dated 14.02.2025 and a copy of the said order has also been provided to learned counsel for petitioner who at this stage submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file afresh assailing the order of rejection. 4.
