This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 11.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0320 of 2024, under Sections 137(2) and 87, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Phardhan, District Kheri. Learned A.G.A. on instructions informs that the victim has been recovered and after recording her statement certain more sections have been added. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition with correct descriptions of sections and parties.
