Heard Mr. Kailash Nath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Hari Mohan Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2/ Consolidation Officer, Badlapur, District Jaunpur to decide the restoration application/ case No. तज/ 172/ 235 (Sunder Vs. Butuna) under Section 9A (2) of the U.P.C.H. Act situated at Village Karanja Kala, Pargana Haveli Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur." 3. This Court directed the authorities to submit report in the matter. 4. In pursuance thereof, instruction/ report dated 22.4.2025 has been submitted by the Consolidation Officer, Badlapur Jaunpur which is taken on record. 5. Mr. Hari Mohan Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents on the basis of the instruction submitted that one Kisuna Devi has filed revision against the order of grant of benefit under Section 5 of Limitation Act in the restoration filed by petitioner which is pending and the last date fixed in the proceeding was 2.4.2025. 6. Considering the fact that revision against the order dated 28.2.2025 granting benefit of Section 5 of Limitation Act in respect to the restoration application filed by petitioner is pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, as such, the order for expeditious disposal of restoration application cannot be passed by this Court at this stage. 7.
