The petitioner has challenged the seniority list in the instant writ petition along with claim for his promotion to the post of Dy. Director /Joint Director of Education Department. Ld. Counsel Mr. Nath further submits that the case may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh writ petition in view of the changed circumstances. Considered the submission.
