Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned court below to expedite and conclude the trial of Case Crime No.17 of 2023 under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354-A I.P.C., Police Station Aminabad, District Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed aforesaid case but same has not been decided by the court below and only general dates are being given, therefore, indulgence of this Court is necessary to direct the court below for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection, in case, a direction for expeditious disposal of the case has been issued. 5. Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and going through the records, learned court below is directed to decide the case of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with the law. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed of.
