In view of order being passed notices to opposite parties 2 to 6 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for expeditious disposal of Application for interim relief pending in Appeal preferred by petitioners under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed against judgment and decree dated 19.03.2024 and judgment and decree dated 29.11.2019. 3. In view of innocuous prayer being made, opposite party no.1, i.e. Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide pending Application for interim relief in Appeal No.202410000005264 of 2024 (Santosh Kumar and others v. Noor Mohammad and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date report regarding service upon all the respondents is brought on record of proceedings. 4. In the meantime, the authority concerned may also consider grant of interim relief in case the appellants are able to make out a case for the same. 5. Benefit of this order shall be available to petitioners only in case they cooperate in early disposal of the proceedings. 6. With aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
