This writ petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party no. 2 to decide the application dated 12.12.2022 in favour of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure No. 2 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice. The petitioner may approach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned raising his grievance regarding inaction by the Tehsildar who may get the facts verified as to whether the order dated 01.12.2022 has been complied or not. If not, the reasons therefore, and if he finds that there are no valid reasons nor any legal impediment, then he shall ensure and instruct the Tehsildar to do the needful but only as per law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
