Also heard Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a petitioner Page No.# 2/2 Bibekananda Taid was allowed to go on interim bail by this Court on 16.05.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he appeared before the Investigation Officer and has cooperated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam has produced the Case Diary of Goalpara P.S Case No. 66/2025 and has submitted that though the petitioner had appeared before the Investigating Officer, however, his presence was further required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation and when he was requested to appear before the Investigating Officer, he did not comply with the same. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both sides. Considering the submissions made at bar, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 16.05.2025 is hereby, made absolute subject to condition that the petitioner shall again appear before the Investigating Officer of Goalpara P.S Case No. 66/2025 within a period of 7(seven) days from the date of this order and cooperate in the investigation. 5. This Anticipatory Bail application is, accordingly, disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
