Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Petitioner has approached this Court for the following main reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties not to harass and victimize the peaceful life of the innocent petitioner by making nocturnal visits and further not to curtail the right of personnel life and liberty, which is guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite Party No.2 to take appropriate action into the matter against the opposite parties by initiating the departmental enquiry against the guilty police personnel, in accordance with law and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that there was a complaint received from the wife of opposite party no.5 against the petitioner for which, petitioner was called and that complaint has already been disposed of, and now the petitioner is not required any further. 4. The statement of learned A.G.A. is taken on record. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. .
